The Restaurant  “I Sofà di Via Giulia” offers a gastronomic experience in the very heart of Rome. Start the day in a good mood with our rich American buffet breakfast and have a break with a rapid but satisfying lunch in our restaurant.  After an exciting day exploring the city, indulge yourself an elegant dinner and discover your favorite dish among a wide selection of Mediterranean proposals.

During April and May the restaurant moves outdoor and lunch will be served at the Roof Top Restaurant! (weather permitting). In case of bad weather, lunch will be served at I Sofa di Via Giulia restaurant, located inside the hotel.

At the highest and most alluring point of the whole building is located the exclusive Roof Top Bar & Restaurant.
Whether you pop in for a delicious cocktail or for a special occasion to be celebrated with an unforgettable dinner, our Chef Marco Petroni is ready  to spoil you with his sublime culinary specialities, while the St. George Roma adds a wonderful finishing touch with the spectacular views of the sunsets behind the rooftops, domes and terraces of the Eternal City.

And in April and May, the Roof Top  Restaurant welcomes you for lunch (weather permitting). In case of bad weather, lunch will be served at I Sofa di Via Giulia restaurant, located inside the hotel.
